Learning, developing, & working in a safe environment. Next Level Rugby provides the highest level of safety provision for our players & staff.

As part of the Learning, Developing & Working environment:

• NLR is fully insured providing Players and Coaching staff with the same level of insurance cover as England Rugby (RFU).

• Each training session will have a dedicated pitch side First-Aider and Physio support.

• Each training session will have a minimum of 2 members of staff who are emergency First-Aid trained.

• Each member of staff has undertaken the RFU ‘Head Case’ training and will implement the 4 R’s Recognise, Remove, Recover, & Return, incorporating the Graduated Return to Activity & Sport (GRAS) programme before returning to playing contact rugby, as appropriate.

• NLR have completed a First-Aid risk assessment and Medical Emergency Action Plan.

• Each training session will have a professional Coach delivering each training station, a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Head Coach overseeing the session.
